Behind the name
About HVAC Financing Arlington
Heat pump people for owners who adore their older homes and want them warmer, cooler and finished with oil.
How the Outfit Got Going
HVAC Financing Arlington took shape after watching the same story play out again and again: owners keen to quit oil or gas, aware that incentives and 0% borrowing existed, who then froze because nobody could explain how the parts connected or how a heat pump would behave in a house with horsehair plaster and zero ductwork. We decided to be the outfit that answers those questions carefully, measures before it recommends, and sticks with the forms until the programs pay.
The Standard We Hold
Each owner deserves to grasp their heating project, the incentive and the loan well enough to choose with confidence. In practice that means truthful sizing, legible proposals, neat installations and zero promises the programs cannot honor.
How Our Approach Differs
Made for vintage houses
Plaster, molding, radiators and tight lots are worked around rather than fought.
Tape measure before catalog
Heat loss gets calculated per room so the equipment suits the building.
Forms completed with you
Incentive and HEAT Loan paperwork travels with the project.
Figures written down early
Price, incentive estimate and loan amount appear on paper ahead of any work.
Old equipment done by the book
Removal, disconnection or integrated controls, exactly as the program asks.
Later-day phone hours
Someone answers every day, into the evening when most people finally get home.
The Groundwork You Can Rely On
Here is what backs each project, start to finish.
- Cold-climate heat pump installs, with or without ducts
- Support with Mass Save incentive claims and 0% HEAT Loan paperwork
